I liked the way management answered all my questions and communicated with me. I was planning to book a two-room suite, but it wasn't available. As a result, I booked a standard suite and a two beds room. However, thanks to Claudio Nunez, the general manager, we got an upgrade to a junior suite, and the rooms were close to each other. I also liked the fact that the rooms were big and comfortable for us to sleep, lounge, and for me to be able to complete my work also because the Wi-Fi never failed. The housekeepers were always ready to help as well. Thank you!

The staff were very helpful especially at reception when we arrived and din’t speak Spanish. They quickly used a translation app and we were booked in ,in no time! They were always friendly when we went in and out and willing to help in any way they could. Breakfast on a lovely terrace by the pool was also included and very substantial. The chambermaid did a great job of tidying our room without moving too much. The hotel has a bank and an ATM close by and also a laundry where they did a service wash for us. Walmart is nearby and has EVERYTHING!

A budget hotel in a charming building with a lot of character. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive to any requests. There seemed to be someone cleaning something every minute of the day - almost like on a ship. The breakfast was not to my American taste, but plentiful and the coffee was good. Served outside by the pool which was pleasant.

Very nice room with all of the amenities, very clean, very Mexican style, hotel. Every time I visit Cabo for vacation I always stay here, the staff is very nice and friendly, Janeth the Manager is a sweet and wonderful person and treat you with respect and very friendly and she will do anything to make your stay more comfortable.

Janeth the front desk representative was excellent...very warm and accommodating and got us checked in quickly. And also the representative that took our luggage to the room-very courteous and professional. Also the suite we got checked into was amazing with the view and balcony.....I will be staying there again for sure
